The HEMKOR plant was founded in 2007 on the basis of the Soviet chemical enterprise "Corund", which was the largest producer of PVC in the USSR, but was on the verge of stopping. The production was thoroughly modernized, modern high-performance equipment of the German concern "Krauss Maffei" was installed, which allowed to improve the quality of products. In 2015, HEMKOR received a certificate of compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of the ISO 9001-2008 standard. The plant has implemented multi-stage quality control, from input control of raw materials to automatic packaging of products, and has its own certified laboratory. Based on the production of multi-layer extrusion, with an average foam layer, 500 mm. in diameter, it has no analogues in Russia. Casing pipes for wells are delivered to responsible sections of Rosatom facilities. Manufacturing continues to gain momentum, at the moment are produced:

• pipes and fittings for external pressure-free Sewerage SN4 from 110 mm. up to 500 mm. TU 2248-057-72311668-2007
• pipes and fittings for internal Sewerage systems with a diameter from 50 to 110 mm.
• PVC pipes for pressure water supply systems are manufactured according to GOST R 51613-2000 and TU 2248-056-72311668-2007 with a diameter of 90 to 500 mm and a working pressure of 6.3-16 atmospheres
• PVC casing pipes for wells with a threaded connection with a diameter of 90 to 400 mm in accordance with TU 2248-001-84300500-2009

The products of the HEMKOR plant have proven themselves at construction sites in Moscow, in the regions of Russia and the CIS.
