In private housing construction, water Underfloor heating systems integrated into the radiator heating system are gaining popularity every year. This solution allows you to remove the floor and wall screed supply and discharge lines, while preserving the design of the room. Heating of floor coverings is most effective in spreading heat flow, does not consume oxygen in the room. Modern boiler equipment is supplied with pre-installed control programs for floor heating circuits, which allows you to implement water heating projects without significant investment.

Collectors are designed for distribution of flow between highways in systems of cold water supply, hot water supply, heating and water Underfloor heating. Our product range includes a wide range of solutions:

Collector with threaded connection Altstream.

Nickel-plated brass collector for 2, 3 or 4 1/2 " diameter outlets with external thread. The diameter of the collector is 3/4 or 1", the thread is internal/external. The operating temperature of the coolant is up to 130 °C, the pressure is up to 16 bar. It is used for distribution of liquid flows in floor heating, radiator heating, cold and hot water supply circuits.

Manifolds with Altstream shut-off valves.

Collector with a body made of Nickel-plated brass, brand CW617N for water and other media that are not aggressive to the product materials. It has outputs with a diameter of ½ " with an external thread. Each outlet has a cut-off ball valve. The diameter of the collector is ¾ or 1", the thread is internal/external. Non-repairable. Operating temperature - up to 110 °C, pressure - up to 10 bar.

The use of the collector allows you to avoid additional shut-off, regulating valves and seals, and facilitates the design, installation and commissioning of equipment. In water supply, the collector provides equal pressure for consumers, excluding their influence on each other. The heating collector guarantees that the required amount of heat is delivered to the heating devices and floor heating circuits.

Collectors with Altstream control valves.

Collector with a body made of Nickel-plated brass, brand CW617N, for 2, 3 and 4 outlets with a diameter of 3/4" with an external thread, connection standard - "euroconus". Each outlet has a valve for regulating the flow of the working medium. The diameter of the collector is 1", the thread is internal/external. Maintainable. The operating temperature of the coolant is up to 110 °C, the pressure is up to 10 bar. It is used for distribution of liquid flows in floor heating, radiator heating, cold and hot water supply circuits. Comes with a set of red and blue valve handles.

Collectors with Altstream fans and flow meters.

The collector block made of stainless steel is used for distribution of flows along the contours of Underfloor heating, radiator heating, and other climate systems where water or non-freezing glycol solutions with a maximum operating temperature of 90 °C and a working pressure of up to 9 bar are used as a heat carrier.

The outputs of the return block of the collector are equipped with thermostatic valves, and the supply unit is equipped with tuning valves with flow meters (rotameters). Collectors are equipped with air vents with cut-off valves, drainage taps, self-sealing plugs. Material of manifolds-AISI 304 steel, fittings and fittings – CW617N brass, o-rings and spool gaskets-EPDM 70Sh. The kit includes mounting brackets.

The nominal diameter of the collectors is 1". The output thread is external, 3/4". The connection of the circulation loops is carried out using fittings of the "euroconus"standard.

Altstream mixing units.

In the pumping and mixing unit for water Underfloor heating, the preparation of a heat carrier with a temperature from 20 to 60 °C occurs by mixing the liquid from the return line. Regulation is carried out by a two-way valve installed in the supply manifold and controlled by a thermostatic head with a remote submersible sensor, which is located at the outlet of the mixing unit. (When using a heating controller, the valve control function is passed to it.) The balancing valve in the sub-weight line sets the ratio of the heat carrier coming from the return line of the secondary circuit and the direct line of the primary. Other main elements of the unit: bypass with bypass valve; built-in ball valves for shutting off the circulation pump; automatic air vent; immersion thermometers.

Pert Pipeline

The pipes allow the construction of underground pressure pipelines and pipelines that are closed from the influence of ultraviolet radiation, providing water transportation, including drinking water supply, as well as other liquid and gaseous substances at temperatures from 0 to +95°C, except for the transportation of flammable gases. Short-term (emergency) temperature rises up to +110°C are allowed. Available in two versions:

Polymer pipes with a barrier layer of PE-RT/EVOH coils of 100 and 200 meters, thickness 16x2. 0; 16x2. 2; 20X2. 0 and 20X2. 8

Pipes made of heat-resistant PE-RT polyethylene for Underfloor heating in bays of 100 and 200 meters, thickness 16x2. 0; 16x2. 2; 20X2. 0 and 20X2. 8
