Cast iron threaded non-galvanized fittings
The TRAKYA DOKUM production site (Turkey) is a world leader in the production of cast iron products by injection molding. For more than 30 years, since 1978, the plant has been producing cast iron threaded fittings, and now the plant is accredited according to OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO-TS 16949 standards. The plant's production capacity is currently more than 65,000 tons per year, including the production of fasteners for power elements, housings for automobile engines and pumping equipment.
Cast-iron threaded fittings marked with the brand name TDhave long established themselves on the Russian market as one of the most reliable threaded connecting elements. The products meet the requirements of ISO 49 and EN 10242. The products are supplied in galvanized and uncoated (black) form, the internal threads of the fittings are made using cylindrical threads, the external ones are conical, with a taper of 1: 16, it is necessary to use gaskets or locknuts. Range of diameters: 1/2” – 4”. Operating temperature up to 300°C, operating pressure up to 25 bar.
