Polyethylene pipe
PE pipes of SVK for the organization of external systems of household and drinking water supply. Made from high-quality primary raw materialsPE 100, according to GOST 18599-2001, a blue stripe is applied to the pipe.
Advantages of polyethylene (HDPE) water pipes:
the cost of transporting HDPE pipes for water supply is up to 2 times less than the cost of transporting steel rods. HDPE pipes are supplied in coils.
The weight of PE pipes for water supply is more than 8 times less than the weight of metal analogues;
savings on installation 2-2. 5 times against steel pipelines;
pipe elasticity, makes it easier to lay pipes in the main line with turns, trenches and wells
fast installation of pipelines, when using compression fittings, saving installation time by 10 times against welding.
High anti-corrosion properties, resistance to mineral acids, water solutions of alkali and acid, does not require the use of insulation materials;
low hydraulic resistance, due to the smooth surface, the roughness is 10-15% lower than steel pipelines;
no need to use expensive methods for checking and controlling the quality of welded joints, installation using compression fittings or face welding.
